We take great care in packing your collectables with suitable strong boxes and packaging, if in the extremely unlikely event that your parcel went missing or arrived damaged your full purchase price including postage & packing would be refunded if Insurance was included or purchased at the time of payment or up to a maximum of £36 of the purchase price for items sent without the optional Insurance upon completion of a claim with Royal Mail.

All items are Guaranteed to be in the condition as described in the auction listing, an authorised return of the item with stock label and original packaging would be accepted and a replacement or refund including original postage cost would be provided if an error was made, we check all items with a blacklight and magnifier but if any damage or restoration was missed we will refund the return postage aswell, anything under the original manufacturers glaze, pimples, stray paint spots, smudges etc are not regarded as damage/flaws except underglaze chips which would be significant to the overall visual effect which would be noted in the description. All the figurines we sell are hand painted, please see all photos, if you want to return a purchase because you do not like the artist's painting of the item, paint style, colours etc we will send a replacement or refund your purchase price but not the postage and packing. Buyer pays for return postage with adequate insurance unless we have missed any damage, we would then take responsibility for all postage costs. Thankyou.
