The o-ring around the spout is worn and old so it would leak if filled with fluid, would need to be replaced if wanting to use as a drink dispenser. The finish on the metal carrier has tarnished and worn from age. Also it looks like there used to be another hoop on both sides and part of the top hoop on the left side has come off (see the last few photos for more detail).”
