Our Bespoke made to order curtains are not covered by the general returns agreement.

Once the item has been paid for and the work has been physically started, you are unable to cancel if you change your mind.

Please understand the fabrics we use are expensive .Once they have been cut to your size it will be difficult for us to resell without taking out extra work and wasting fabric.

The price paid also includes the cost of the making up.

So if you are at all concerned that the colour may not be completely suited to your needs, please do request a fabric sample. Samples will be sent free of charge upon request.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, items which are customised or bespoke are not covered unless faulty or significantly not as described.

All other items may be returned for a full refund. Please notify us within 7 days and you will then have 14 days in which to return your item. Buyer must pay all return postage costs.

All goods must be in an as new condition in all retail packaging.
