Product was perfect, seller promptly shipped, very satisfied. FEDEX was horrible, kept saying on truck out for delivery for 4 days in a row. There is no way to contact anyone at FEDEX, nor did they ever reach out to explain. Finally had to have item sent to a pick up site which caused me to drive quite a distance to pick up. Suggest never ship anything with FEDEX! I have never had this problem with UPS, happens consistently with FEDEX!!!
