Junk. Out of tune across the instrument - I tested extensively with digital tuner using Yamaha 300 series alto to confirm. Low "F" is almost 1/2 step sharp.
Sound is poor - little resonance and a thin plastic quality. The seller sent a soprano version as well (thanks, I guess) but again - out of tune with itself and thin sound. Also the molding is poor - seams are clearly visible on all parts of both recorders.
And the color i received was black not red. Soprano was red. Avoid.
