The item arrived pretty much as described, just not functioning. After bout 2 hours of reworking the flint sleeve the lighter worked. I'm satisfied with that part, but 15 days shipping time Arkansas to central Florida is unacceptable. I realize that it was shipped Pitney-Bows, but it felt more like Pony Express. I also realize that the posting talked about "extended shipping time" but if you pay first class rates it should have been shipped first class mail. It was a lighter not an old car.
