Seller notes: “Another radio from my collection, this lovely big radio has been sitting proudly on my shelf for ... “Another radio from my collection, this lovely big radio has been sitting proudly on my shelf for many years. I recently gave the radio a intensive clean inside and out to remove the dust accumulated over the years and is now dust free and looks stunning. I plugged the set in and although everything lights up and all the dials work as they should and the only sound was background static and wouldn't tune in to any stations so will need looking at if you wanted to use as intended. Apart from the set not working correctly the case is in exceptional condition with only a few minor imperfections in the highly polished surface, one slight chip to the veneer on the side at left hand side base. Because of the age of the set please be aware that it would have had a long life and would have picked up the occasional scratch and stain on the way. This set is sold for display or repair only.”
