The item was fine and as described. The customer service wasn't very good. I reached out twice, regarding shipping and got no response. This item was not shipped in a box, it was wrapped in about 6 layers of tissue paper. Being a DVD set, it seems odd that more protection wasn't applied.? I do not think I would order from this seller again.
