    I have contacted the seller twice and furnished the info they required. I receive 2 damaged cartridges and the sellers reply was USPS damaged the cartridges. I contacted them twice and receive no reply which tells me they are not going to replace the magenta and yellow damaged cartridges. I informed them that I can not use my printer without the cartridges. So it is clear to me that they as the seller will not stand buy the products they sell so I have no recourse but to purchase them elseware.
