On receipt of payment we guarantee to despatch every item we sell the following morning (excluding Sunday)
What does this mean?? In simple terms CharmznThingz offer this..
We post every morning, Monday to Saturday
Any item purchased before 6pm will be posted the following morning. The only exception to this is Sunday and any bank holidays when the post office is closed.
All orders are posted by second class post as standard. During the checkout process there are multiple postage options of Next day, first class and recorded. Please be aware that I post every day but there is no guarantee to postage times unless using special delivery.
There is no collection option
Up to the point the order is marked as despatched you may cancel your order for any reason and receive a full and immediate refund. This will be processed the same evening with the exception of Saturday
A proof of postage is obtained from the post office for every item we despatch. We also weigh each envelope to assist any investigation into the contents if required
If we fail to despatch any item in line with the above policy we will refund your postage charge or offer free delivery on your next order.
I am unavailable during the day so unfortunately I am unable to answer questions or post items the same day. I process orders every evening
Any questions will be responded to in the evening. Occasionally this may be late but I will always answer any questions every night.
The only exception to this is Saturday night. Any question during Saturday will be answered on Sunday
