And I believe blood tests have to be done in order to ascertain the product is working. I know from experience that this supplement along with flush-free Niacin, ending fast foods, fried foods, sugars and carbs, I cut my count in half on both in 3 months. I did not take prescription drugs but took responsibility for my diet and it worked.
