Horrible experience, terrible description, the heatsink showed up with two of the four retention tab broken, it's completely useless.
I won't ever buy from them again specifically for their no returns/refunds policy on what they claim to be a "brand new in box, new old stock." heat sink.

Upon arrive, the packaging was very damaged (this could have been in the shipping process). With further inspection of the laminator, we noticed that the laminator was damaged as well. It heats up but will not run. Keeps giving error messages, and it was advised as new but the film is only 1/4 of a new reel so seems to have been used. We would like to return it.
