Delivery
It is our priority to keep all our customers 100% happy and ensure that all orders arrive quickly and undamaged.
Items will be despatched within 1 working day after payment has been received (unless stated otherwise). Items purchased before 2pm on a working day will typically be despatched on the same day. Working days do not include weekends and bank holidays. Expected delivery time for 1st class is 1-2 working days (2-3 days including handling time). Expected delivery for 2nd class is 3-5 working days (4-6 days including handling time). Our default delivery option is 2nd class. Upgrades to 1st class can be made on the vast majority of items. Please send us a message if you have any further questions regarding delivery or wish to enquire about delivery to international addresses.
Items will be sent to the address given to us by eBay. Under no circumstances are we able to send items to alternative addresses.
Refunds and Returns
In accordance with long distance selling regulations, we operate a no questions asked 7 day returns policy starting from the day after which the goods are received. If you wish to return an item then you must inform us through eBay within this 7 day period and open a return request. Items must be returned to us unused and with all original packaging fully intact. Items have to be returned to the given address within an additional 7 days. The postage costs incurred when returning an unwanted item are non-refundable. The buyer has a duty for care for the item until it reached us. They are also responsible for guaranteeing that the correct postage has been paid and that the item is insured for the full value of the item. We strongly recommend using a signed for delivery service.
If you have received an item that is faulty, broken or with parts missing then please let us know through eBay and we will provide a replacement or refund. We will typically ask for photographic evidence for broken items.
