Item functions fine, but was not "new" as described. Box was opened and slightly damaged, card had visible signs of use (i.e. dust on the fans). The price was about the same as a used model so dont feel jipped.
Seller should be more up front with their location too, as there are different import tax charges for their region. Caused my package to be held at customs for a week.
