    The unit arrived exactly as described. When I tested it with the C128 that I also got off of eBay, it buzzes. No way for me to know if it is the power supply or the C128 as I am not skilled in testing a power supply but I lean to it being the C128. This would not deter me from working with this seller again in the future.
