This modem was packed very well for how light it is. It barely has any scratches and is in very good condition.Now, I could not actually get it to *work* due to an out-of-scope issue (apparently this doesn't have Linux support unlike the very similar sounding yet extremely expensive USR5637) but aside from that it does work.
