I bought a set of lasers and they did not work properly. I asked the seller for an exchange, but they would not entertain an exchange and wanted me to drop the dispute. The seller wanted me to take apart the lasers and repair them myself. eBay refunded my money, and now the seller wants me to pay for the return of the product. That's not going to happen...
