The remotes were tested and working with my TV equipment and are shown working in the listing photos. Buyer bought these remotes as USED. Buyer reprogrammed the remotes and now apparently has issues which weren't evident before the sale. The Buyer never requested any amount as a partial refund and I do not accept that the remote was faulty prior to the sale.
