So, it's gorgeous and I got a good deal on it. But there was quite a lot of damage (stains & scuffs) on the fabric & faux leather areas of the bag. I contacted the seller about & told them I didn't want to return it..I just wanted to address the damage & basically was told they were very sorry, but don't make enough off of doing this for everything to be perfect all the time. Take that response for what you will, but there was zero photos the damaged areas and some of it was really obvious!
