The seller claimed postage made on 03 April. It was actually posted on 11 April _after_ I had raised a claim for non-delivery. I am not impressed!

I do apologise for the delay in you receiving the item. We use an independent packing and postal service who informed us that the item was posted on the 3rd. We will not be using that company again as this is not the first time they have let us down. Once again I apologise for the delay
