This was the second of two items I purchased from this seller. The set was described as ‘superior’ Egyptian cotton but was cheaply made and finished. It didn’t match the pictures in the advert and items were poorly made with uneven hemming; loose and broken seams and generally inferior finish and workmanship. There was a zip closure which is a cheap way to finish a duvet and it was only sewn properly on one side with a raw edge exposed. Just poor. Refund sorted efficiently with eBay.

Sadly this is the first time I’ve left a seller negative feedback . This fitted sheet was not as described, being neither ‘superior’ quality nor 1000 thread count. It was an open weave low thread count fabric and was poorly designed and constructed - it looked ‘homemade’. The seller disputed that the item was not as described despite me sending pictures. I opened a case and EBay provided a full refund when the seller failed to respond.

This fitted sheet is definitely not 1200tc, no more than 300tc.. As soon as it came I knew before even opening as it was so light... It's so thin you can see through it... seller was adamant he sent me the right item, so I had to raise it with eBay and got the refund eventually. Communication was also very slow and sporadic...
