When I requested a refund he finally responded, he claimed there was some kind of eBay issue during that time. This was a birthday present for my grandson. That has come and gone. At this point I would just prefer a refund so we can get him something else. Just tired of waiting and waiting when I notified him it was sitting still for 3 days, he chose to believe it to still be moving.
