Seller sent me the wrong item, I received jelly instead of pearls. Contacted seller and they blamed a warehouse issue and asked me to provide evidence by photo of the item received which I did. Over a month now and still no result, only a “still waiting on warehouse” update message from seller weeks ago and nothing since. This is poor customer service to make someone wait so long to resolve such a simple issue. Next time I will go direct to the importer “yumtreats” to avoid issues again.
