I think you can see from ALL my other feedback that I'm a very honest and reliable ebayer. I answered the buyers many questions the same day, and they agreed it was ok to hold delivery of a 1st item while they bought a 2nd. I explained about the imperfections which are typical of this lovely designer, Antik Batik (who handmake everything in delicate fabrics). And I offered a refund immediately and politely.
