Ordered on 5th. No communication from seller. Messaged seller on 9th to ask status. Only then did seller inform that they couldn’t find item and offered to send alternative colour or refund. I asked for refund. Its now 11th May and still no more communication or refund from seller. This was meant to be a special birthday gift for today. Seller has had my money for a week now and I don’t have the gift or my money.
