Buyer lied, having purchased a collectible game, which was in perfect condition when we sent it to him. He then claimed the item was not as described, though he even admitted the damage occurred during shipping. When told we would not refund him, he then accused us of not protecting the item with bubble wrap, despite sending a picture of the envelope which was a bubble mailer. The proper procedure would've been to claim the damage through USPS, per their website, but he wanted double the money.
