Se per qualsiasi motivo il Cliente non fosse soddisfatto del proprio acquisto, gli articoli non indossati possono essere restituiti per cambio taglia, buono reso o rimborso dell'importo pagato entro 14 giorni dalla data di spedizione.

Istruzioni per il Reso

1. Per richiedere l’autorizzazione al reso, il Cliente deve inviare una richiesta all’indirizzo smeck@smeck.it entro 14 giorni dalla ricezione dell’ordine. Nella e-mail devono essere specificati i codici degli articoli che si intendono restituire e la compensazione desiderata: cambio taglia, buono reso o rimborso. Una volta ricevuta la richiesta di reso, Smeck.it invierà al Cliente una conferma scritta.

2. La restituzione deve essere effettuata entro 10 giorni e deve essere accompagnata da una lettera che presenti la richiesta di compensazione.

3. La spedizione di rientro sarà a vostro carico tramite corriere a vostra scelta.

4. Il cliente può scegliere 3 tipi di compensazione: cambio taglia, buono reso e rimborso.

5. La restituzione dei capi deve pervenire presso la sede di Smeck.it entro 10 giorni dall’avvenuta autorizzazione scritta al Cliente da parte del reparto Resi.

Cambio taglia

È possibile effettuare il cambio solo per una diversa misura dello stesso articolo, qualora disponibile e per una sola volta. Non è possibile cambiare il capo con un articolo differente.

Buono Reso

può essere utilizzato in un unica soluzione entro 2 mesi dal momento del reso;

non può essere cumulato con altri Buoni Reso;

deve essere utilizzato interamente in un ordine di valore uguale o superiore

Rimborso

I rimborsi saranno processati appena completata la ricezione, verifica e accettazione dell’articolo reso;

Per gli ordini pagati con Paypal o con bonifico bancario l’importo sarà restituito sul conto originale;

Per gli ordini pagati con carta di credito il cliente dovrà indicare un conto Paypal o l'IBAN bancario per il bonifico.
