Transaction was just fine. However part was defective so currently working through that. Also design is not the best. The threaded insert should be nylok or part designed differently. If tightening insert all the way up to ball joint doesn’t allow it to swivel. Insert is loose and can easily unthread itself making a sloppy ball joint connection. Need thread tape and thread lock to position insert in exact spot. Who knows if it will stay put.
