Seller indicated "appears to be good condition" when item arrived there was a hole in fabric, one of the interior arms was pulled out and one of the exterior arms was bent. I think I can glue the interior arm in place. Packaging was mediocre at best. Exterior arm damage might have occurred in shipping. Ask questions before you buy, I did not.
