The seller has extremely poor communication and I never received my item. He refused to call shipping company and said there is nothing he can do. On top of all that writes insulting emails. I waited for over a month and NEVER got the item or replacement from him.

this simply isnt true , i shipped it . the ost office lost it and you got your money back. what else can i do , i am sorry but when the post office takes possession of it i have to trust them. but i certainly didnt deserve negative feedback after you got a refund , what more could i do ?
