The original product box had water stains and was crushed and taped up. There was a small piece of bubble wrap stuffed between the product box and shipping box. The shipping box had several Fragile stickers on it, however the box was crushed and taped as well. The porcelain sink inside was broken. I did contact the seller and send a picture of the damaged item a couple days ago. I have not gotten a reply as of yet. Still awaiting a refund.

this was delivered June 6 we were notified of the damage, before we could respond negative feed back was left. eBay allows a couple days to respond this was lees than 24 hours. sent message in response that person handling eBay was out for son's graduation and we have another and was just waiting for warehouse to confirm. asked that they allow until today 6/10/24 to reply and make right. no reply just bad feed back. still no answer to if customer wants credit or reship. will credit today.

Item arrived damaged/seller was contacted on 6/5. I waited until 6/7 to leave feedback after no reply to my request for EXCHANGE or REFUND. Only got response AFTER I left bad feedback. In the response they said they "assumed" that I didn't want an exchange since I left bad feedback. I clearly requested to contact me about exchange if another was available or a refund. They said they would not send exchange unless I changed my feedback. Why would I change feedback BEFORE you made it right?
