A harrowing experience. The listing was for a PAIR of shoe making lasts. Instead I got two right side lasts. This defies common practice and logic when you’re dealing in tools used to make matching pairs of shoes. The listing clearly stated that returns were accepted. I initiated a return through eBay, based on the misleading item description. I promptly received a rather angry and berating message from the seller. No attempt at a mutual resolution was made on their part. Ebay returned my money.
