I am not sure why the buyer has made the comment about the packaging. The book was well packaged in a padded jiffy bag.This was not charged for. I asked the buyer to send me photos of how the item arrived as it may have been damaged in transit. He has not responded. An unfair comment as there doesn't appear to be a problem with the item that arrived safely and undamaged. I think there should be a fairer way for sellers to respond to comments and unfair feedback. Proof should be provided
