This was a replacement for another sr100 mask and assumed it would be identical, however the original mask has a long strap which supports in two places (neck and head) with extended comfort pad, this one does not. In addition this one has a "minimalist" strap that was obviously designed for a child as it is tiny, can barely get it around the neck, yet alone the head (which previous sr100 did very well)

Why I don't know.
I offer 4 different mask packages, this one with the quick don head strap that is designed to go on the back of the head.
I offer a fully adjustable strap on the other package, this being approximately £10.50 more.
I also state in the add exactly what is in the package, this is in the add and also on the photos of the mask that you purchased.
I've sold hundreds of these in this configuration.

What i have stated above is all correct. the search thread was for sundstrom sr100 and for someone who isn't in "the biz" would assume that it would be identical to the original sr100 i had, which didn't need any upgrade to get a strap that would actually fit an adult! Yours was the first result and had no reason to look at "other items for sale"A feedback revision request could have been possible if asked for, but it was not asked for.
