    Good morning. If it took longer than expected, it may be due to UK customs, which conducts occasional checks on goods arriving from abroad. You purchased in Italy, and this was clear and obvious from the beginning. You were absent for the first delivery, and the courier was unable to leave the package for you. Now the delivery has been rescheduled. You purchased an excellent product at a great price, and any delays in shipping are beyond our control.
