The blade is quite heavy and is practical with two hands but can be wielded with one hand, given the sword wielder has slightly more than average strength. Blade is also sharp from the tip to hilt of sword. Moderate strength is needed to separate sword from scabbard as it can become sucked into the scabbard. No tassel. Be extra careful wielding this double edge sword.
