1. The items are sent out fully insured to protect against losses due to high value.
 
2. The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer to meet, please ensure that you protect yourself against any loses with insured postage ! Especially internationally. Moreover international RETURNS need to me marked as returns so customs charges are not applied coming back to the United Kingdom.
 
Reasons why I’d refuse a Return !
If I receive a return such as an item and it is damaged , parts missing or been altered in any way. I will not accept the return or be liable for costs of replacement or be refunding the buyer.
 
This is why you must ensure you protect high value items with A return.
 
Moreover note that I fully insured items so if I do it then I expect the same from buyers returning high value items clearly. If not this is okay but it’s at your own risk not mine etc
