    Used to fix my 1994 Toyota Pickup 4x4 XtraCab torn driver's seat belt, which was very weak to retract, always needing lifting by hand to help it up so it wouldn't get caught in the door. The seat belt assembly came back to me with a great matching gray color belt, and it now retracts strongly like a modern car. I feel this was a better option than buying a new OEM Toyota belt (which are still available) since I think they were weak to begin with, or at most after ~8 years.

    I sent a belt that was heavily torn and wouldn't retract fully. They sent it back to me with some of the fuzz snipped off of the torn section, and it still wouldn't fully retract. They claimed it was adjusted but it functioned no better, so I got nothing. Was refunded for this, but not the $18 in shipping it took for me to send to them in the first place. I sent it back to them using a belt-replacement-specific listing on eBay and it came out great.
