Hello,Customer messaged a few times at the start for the item to be cheaper and when we said we don’t do discounts they carried on asking for money off. In the end they bought the item. When they received it they said there was a stain. We offered a full refund on return or if they sent it back on our cost we would sort the stain out and re send it out. They were very adamant to keep the dress but wanting some money back. We knew the stain was small it could be taken out easily.
