I bought this cat tree at first because there was no assembly instructions in the box and I assembled it from the picture.And secondly, they have poor customer service because I didn't like this product and to return it I have to pay for the return myself and this is not fair at all.I could buy a bigger, more spacious and better quality cat tree on Facebook. The corner unit is actually of much better quality than expected and looks nice.
Screws, raw plugs included with screw covers which added to the finish.
However it didn’t come with any fitting instructions and it was quite difficult to fit. The unit is designed to be away from the wall which added to the problems of measuring and marking the tiles ready for drilling.
As nice as the unit is, I’d only recommend if you are a competent and confident at DIY.
