They were very prompt to reply to my inquiries before I decided to buy it. It was an international delivery, and I was not so sure about it. But they have reassured me the quality of the product. I am a happy customer. The RockPi 4 does heat up a lot and the aluminum case helps to dissipate the heat.I recommend the case if you have a RockPi and the seller. Even paying the shipping costs, cheaper than amazon, and it arrived on time and it was very well packed.
