    To be honest, there were several glitches with this transaction. Initially, the carrier reported the item as having been delivered when it had not. But the seller sent a replacement speedily. However, the seller sent the wrong item, but they were pretty nice about replacing it, so overall I would give them high marks. Anyone can make a mistake, but sellers should be judged on how readily they take responsibility for their mistake, and how quickly they fix the problem. I would certainly recommend

    After multiple emails withe seller about getting the old packaging on my charuto tobacco vanille with the cigar smoking man on the bottle they send the new packaging. The ad clearly depicts the old packaging and after many emails telling me that is the one I would receive I get the new style. The person that was emailing me didn’t have clue about anything including my name. Very poor communication and stupid responses from the email trail. Buyers don’t waste your time with this guy!
