    I ordered this item on September 2 and it wasn't shipped until Sept 6th. The shipping said Est. delivery Wed, Sep 6 - Thu, Sep 14 LOL it wasn't shipped until the 6th!! here it is the 29th of September and it is supposed to arrive today. This is the worst shipping that I have ever used and will not deal with this person again. The shipping price was also rediculously high at around $50 Cdn. I requested my money back but that didn't happen either.Not too much help from E Bay on this one.

    Item ordered has a 4 day lead time and was shipped within that window as advertised. Also, was shipped using eBay's international shipping program. We do nothing other than place a label on a package. We do not had hand deliver the item thousands of miles away. We do not make up the pricing, schedule transit, or drop off the item at your door. And finally, eBay handles return requests and refunds, not us. That is part of the protection for both buyers and sellers using their shipping services.
