Works fine. I only tested one of the five so far, which measured 4.2 mW output while drawing 43 mA from 3.3V. You can also adjust the trimpot on the driver board down, 2 mW is the minimum output. It appears possible to turn it up also, but I did not try. Output wavelength is 634 nm. I'm not used to eBay devices actually delivering close to the stated output power, but this one does.
