Let me begin by saying that your product is constructed of high-quality materials. And if it was the length advertised..."9 inches" it would be perfect. However, the cord bracelet alone exceeds that length, and adding the fittings/buckle..? Closing in on almost a foot. Need a 9 inch from buckel tip to tip. ....How can I exchange?
