Boots arrived well-wrapped in original box and in as-new condition. They are very stylish. I won't send them back because it is expensive to return large items and I have already paid once for the postage, but I am disappointed that, although the boots (and the box) are labeled Wide Width, they fit like a regular B width in the shoe part and extra-large top opening. I don't think this pair is correctly sized, unless the wide width refers to the calf opening..
