It took them more than two weeks and only after I messaged them did they remember to ship my item. However, it seemed the postage never made it past the tracking number, as no matter how many days passed, the tracking never updated. I messaged them about it and they said they'll look into it but no more replies after. Only contacting through ebay did they refund me and explained that the item was supposedly lost during shipping. They offered to sell the same item again, but what are the chances.
