I never received the item. Firstly they said it was sent to the wrong address, then they were waiting for the delivery company, then it was supposed to arrive by the 20th, I purchased this on the 9th, supposedly a 3 day delivery! When on the 21st I complained, they returned my money, but hey I wasted two weeks for a simple crimping tool
