Crisp and on point. No more slop and jerking, just crisp shift and response. *SUGGESTION TO MANUFACTURER* I suggest if you can, offer a counterweight vibration damper to the bottom bolt to cancel some of the vibrations. I would pay an extra $40 for that damper. Overall, worth every dollar. I recommend. Looks solid.
