Don't know how,nor what I've done to my shoulder,but anything,ANYTHING,can trigger acute pain above shoulder height,so I left this support aid for a while in case it too,might do more harm than good - remember,medical professionals were none too thick on the ground,not long ago !. So,gingerly,I tried it by building up hours then removing it,in case of pain issues, but no,all o.k. Just needed to remove to carefully clean. Wish to get another if g.p. advises. Thank you very much,seller !.
